New World Department Store Member Terms

N-Card

New World Department Store N-card is a pre-paid card issued by New World Department Stores Investment (China) Co., Ltd, and can be used in New World Department Store branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Nanjing, etc. It has various nominal values and provides a plethora of services such as present ideas and home delivery.Customers can enjoy borderless and exceptional shopping experience!

New World Department Store Member Terms

I. Membership

1.New World Department Store Membership Card is a registered virtual card issued by New World Department Stores Investment (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “NWDS”) for individual users and is electronically stored, which can be used as voucher for shopping at New World Department Stores and Shanghai “Ba Li Chun Tian” stores across the country.
2.Customers can register as New World Department Store members (hereinafter “members”) only after they have authorized the data required and sent a SMS verification code to the WeChat official account and WeChat Mini Program of “NWDS”.
3.Members must ensure that the member registration data is authentic, correct and complete.
4.Membership and bonus points are non-transferable.

II. VIP Member

Membership Level
1）Happiness VIP Card: can join as a member once registered.
2）Platinum VIP Card: accumulated spending of 7,500 bonus points in a single day or accumulated spending of 12,500 bonus points.
3）Diamond VIP Card: accumulated spending of 20,000 bonus points in a single day or accumulated spending of 50,000 bonus points.
4）Royal VIP Card: accumulated spending of 50,000 bonus points in a single day or accumulated spending of 125,000 bonus points
NWDS membership is valid for 2 years from the date of upgrading the membership card.

III. Bonus Point

1.Members shall earn member bonus points after spending at Centre Cashier/Counter Cashier of New World Department Stores and Shanghai “Ba Li Chun Tian” stores.
2.Each valid spending voucher can only redeem bonus point once, and the bonus points are counted after rounding.
3. Any member who wishes to cancel a purchase that has earned bonus points and receive a refund must return the earned bonus points at “Customer Servive Centre” at the specific mall where the spending was made.
4.The spending receipt participated in earning bonus points must be authentic and valid.
5.Membership bonus points earned from regular sales are valid for 1 year, and shall be cleared from the date of bonus points earned to the end of the corresponding quarter of the following year.
