VIP Benefits

1. By presenting the VIP Card, VIP members can enjoy 10% off discount in New World Department Store and 5% off in New World Supermarket (Except specific products).
2. Redeem gift with bonus points (bonus points are applicable for points accumulation and gift redemption in all NWDS stores *. Please go to the store customer services centre for further enquiries ).
3. Receive regular VIP newsletter and enjoy special price or discount at over 1,000 selected merchants throughout the country.
4. Invited to join our VIP exclusive sales event or enjoy special price in purchasing selected products.
5. Receive free gifts regularly.
6. Entitled to other special benefits.

Application procedures

1. Purchase over RMB 2000 in the same NWDS store in one day, you can be entitled to one VIP card membership immediately with relevant cash memos. You may also apply for membership with over RMB 5000 accumulated purchase within 3 months.
2. Applicant must fill in the application form and present the cash memo at the customer services counter.
3. NWDS reserves all rights to reject any application with incomplete or unclear information.
4. The applications are subject to NWDS's final approval.

Validity of the card

The VIP card's expiry date is printed on the card. It will automatically become invalid upon the expiry date. Cardholders can renew the card for free. The Company reserves all rights to approve the renewal of any card membership.

Terms of Usage

1. This card is applicable in all NWDS stores (including supermarkets), but it is subject to the terms of specific store.
2. Cardholders must sign on the back of the VIP card upon receipt.
3. By presenting the VIP Card, VIP members can enjoy 10% off discount in New World Department Store and 5% off in New World Supermarket (Except specific products).
4. Rule of bonus point : Earn 1 points with every RMB 1 purchase.
5. The bonus points can only be awarded in one card. Once the card is renewed, the bonus point calculation will start from "0" again.
6. This is not a credit card. Cardholder cannot assign to any person.
7. This card can only be used under the set terms and conditions. NWDS reserves all rights to terminate the benefits of this card without prior notice.

Loss Card

If the VIP card is lost, please inform NWDS for a replacement immediately. The new card cannot bring forward the previous bonus points, and the accumulation has to start all over again. Application to card replacement is subject to NWDS's final approval.
